How paying in the app works
In the Methmine VPN app you pay by bank card through Stripe, in US dollars. You pay once, for 1, 3 or 12 months. Auto-renewal stays off unless you turn it on before you pay. If you didn’t turn it on, there is nothing to cancel: the subscription simply ends at the end of the period.
How to turn off auto-renewal
- Open the ⋮ menu at the top right, next to the bell, and choose Account.
- In the Subscription block, tap Cancel auto-renewal. The same button is on your plan card.
The button is shown only while auto-renewal is on. If there is no button, there is no auto-renewal to cancel.

You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing more is charged. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
Subscriptions from the App Store or Google Play
The store manages them, so you cancel them there:
- App Store: your Apple ID settings, Subscriptions;
- Google Play: Subscriptions in Google Play.
Only Apple and Google can refund these purchases: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google in your Google Play order history.
Getting a refund
- If you paid by card in US dollars, you can get a refund for the unused full days within 14 days after a purchase you made yourself, unless you have deleted your account.
- Renewals are refunded only if we made a mistake or the law requires it.
- If you live in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days: the ⋮ menu → Account, Withdraw from contract. The button is shown only while you can still withdraw from that payment.
Email support@methminevpn.com with the subject “Refund request” or message @methminesupportbot. Include the date, the amount and how you paid. The full terms are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If you delete your account
Deleting your account ends your paid access at once and cancels any auto-renewal you set up with us. The unused days are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. More: Delete your account.
If a renewal fails
Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. The payment provider tries again for up to 14 days, and then auto-renewal ends. Nothing more is charged.
