Methmine™ VPN — Product Schedule
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Your agreement for Methmine VPN = the Company Terms + this Product Schedule. The Company Terms include binding individual arbitration and a class-action waiver (Company Terms section 14), which you can opt out of within 30 days and which do not apply where section 14.8 says so. Nothing in either document limits the rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
1. About this Schedule
1.1. This Product Schedule ("Schedule") applies to Methmine™ VPN: the VPN service, the Methmine VPN apps for Windows, Android, iOS, macOS and any other platform, our Telegram bots, and the websites at methminevpn.com (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by METHMINE LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, Filing ID 2026-002105261, contact@methmine.com ("Methmine", "we", "us").
1.2. This Schedule is part of the METHMINE LLC Company Terms ("Company Terms"). Words defined in the Company Terms have the same meaning here. Section numbers below that start with "Company Terms" refer to the Company Terms.
1.3. Also part of your agreement:
- the Methmine VPN Privacy Notice;
- the Methmine VPN Acceptable Use Policy;
- the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of this Schedule and sets out its payment and refund terms.
1.4. Precedence follows Company Terms 1.3: on any question about personal data, the Privacy Notice governs; otherwise this Schedule governs over the Company Terms for the Service, except Company Terms sections 9 to 11, 13 and 14, which this Schedule only adds to and never reduces.
1.5. Contacts. Write to contact@methmine.com with the subject line that matches your purpose:
- "Legal notice" for legal matters and notices;
- "Privacy request" for questions and requests about your data;
- "Abuse report" for reports of abuse of the Service;
- "Security" for security vulnerabilities.
For help with the app, use our support bot @methminesupportbot in Telegram.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Minimum age: 16 (Company Terms 2.1). If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts this agreement for you and is responsible for your use.
3. The Service
3.1. Methmine VPN is a virtual private network. Our apps create an encrypted tunnel from your device to servers operated by us or for us. Your internet traffic travels through that tunnel and leaves the server toward its destination.
3.2. Features differ by platform and plan. For example, choosing which apps use the tunnel ("split tunneling") is available only on some platforms, and blocking traffic when the tunnel drops ("kill switch") works differently on each operating system. The apps describe the features available to you.
3.3. The location shown for a server is that server's approximate location. Websites and other services decide for themselves where they think you are, often from third-party databases, and may treat you as being somewhere else.
4. What the Service can and cannot do
This section describes the nature of a VPN. The warranty disclaimer is in Company Terms section 9.
4.1. Access is not guaranteed. We do not promise that the Service will let you reach any particular website, app, service, content or network, or that it will work on every network, in every country, or with every internet provider or mobile operator. Availability and performance differ by country, region, network operator and time, and can change without warning, including when governments or network operators block or interfere with VPN traffic. Third-party services may detect, restrict or block traffic from VPN servers.
4.2. Speed depends on your connection, the distance to the server, server load and the networks in between. Plans may include data or speed limits, shown when you buy.
4.3. Leak protection is not absolute. A kill switch and similar features reduce the risk that traffic leaves your device outside the tunnel, but cannot exclude it in every case, for example while the operating system starts, updates or changes networks, or for apps you exclude through split tunneling.
4.4. A VPN does not make you anonymous. Websites and services can still identify you through your accounts, cookies, browser and device fingerprints and what you tell them.
5. Your responsibility for local law
5.1. Laws on VPNs differ from country to country. In some countries using, selling or promoting VPN services is restricted, licensed or prohibited, or using a VPN to reach certain content is an offence. You are solely responsible for deciding whether you may lawfully use the Service where you are, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including laws on the content you access and the services you use through it (Company Terms 4.1). We do not give legal advice about the law of any country.
6. Accounts and sign-in
6.1. You use the Service through an account, which you create and sign in to with one of the supported sign-in methods shown in the app at the time. These may include a third-party account (such as Telegram, Apple or Google) or an email address with a one-time code. When you sign in with a third-party account, that provider's terms and privacy policy also apply to that account; what we receive from it is described in the Privacy Notice.
6.2. Keep your sign-in method and your devices secure, and do not let anyone else use your account (Company Terms 3). Tell us promptly at contact@methmine.com or through support if you think someone has used your account without permission.
6.3. Recovery. Your account is tied to your sign-in method. If you lose access to it (for example, you lose your Telegram account), we may be unable to restore your account. We do not hold passwords for your account.
6.4. Closing your account. You can delete your account in the app where the app offers it, or by writing to contact@methmine.com (subject "Privacy request") from your account (Company Terms 8.1). Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through an app store; cancel it there as described in section 9.4. What we delete and what we keep is set out in the Privacy Notice.
7. Devices
7.1. Each device you use with the Service is registered to your account with a device key created on that device. Your plan allows a maximum number of devices, shown in the app or when you buy. We may enforce the limit technically. You can remove a device in the app to make room for another.
7.2. We may revoke a device's access if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of this agreement.
8. Personal use; no sharing or resale
8.1. Your subscription is for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, up to your plan's device limit. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not:
- share your account or sign-in with anyone outside your household;
- sell, resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise provide the Service or access to it to others, or use it to run a commercial VPN, proxy or networking service;
- extract connection settings, credentials or keys from the apps, use them in other software, or give them to anyone;
- create several accounts or use other tricks to get more trials, devices, traffic or features than your plan gives you.
9. Trials, subscriptions and payment
9.1. Free trials. We may offer a free trial. Its length, data allowance, servers and other limits are shown when it starts and may differ from a paid plan.
- One trial per person. We may use account identifiers, device keys and the other signals described in the Privacy Notice to detect repeated trials, and may decline, shorten or end a trial that we reasonably believe breaks this rule.
- When a trial ends, access ends unless you buy a subscription. If a trial is set to turn into a paid subscription automatically (for example in an app store), you will see the price, the date of the first charge and how to cancel before you start the trial, and you can cancel before that date to avoid being charged.
- We may change or stop trials for new users at any time.
9.2. Plans and prices. Plans, prices, billing periods and what each plan includes (such as device limits and any data or speed limits) are shown before you buy. Whether taxes are included is shown at checkout.
9.3. Automatic renewal. Unless the checkout says otherwise, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same period and at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize the payment provider you used to charge the renewal price at or shortly before the start of each new period to your payment method on file.
9.4. How to cancel. You can cancel at any time, in the same place you subscribed:
- in our Telegram bot @MethmineVpnBot, if you subscribed there;
- in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, if you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play;
- on the billing page or link we give you, if you paid through another payment provider;
- or by writing to contact@methmine.com from your account.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9.5. Price changes. We may change a plan's price. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and it applies from your first renewal after that notice. If you don't agree, cancel before that renewal. Where the law or an app store requires your express consent to a price increase, we will ask for it; without it, your subscription ends at the end of the current period.
9.6. Payment providers. Payments are processed by authorized payment providers we choose, such as Telegram and the payment services available in it, Apple, Google, or a card payment provider (Company Terms 5.2). Their terms also apply to the payment. We do not receive or store your full card number. Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are governed by Apple's or Google's terms, and only Apple or Google can refund them.
9.7. Failed payments and chargebacks. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend the Service until the amount is paid. If you dispute an authorized charge with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is open and close it if the charge is found to have been authorized. Please contact us first; it is usually faster.
10. Beta and early-access features
10.1. We may offer features, apps or platforms marked beta, preview, test or early access. They may be incomplete, change or be withdrawn at any time, and are provided without warranty (Company Terms 9.2).
11. Changes to the Service
11.1. We may add, change or remove features, servers, locations, platforms, sign-in methods and payment methods (Company Terms 7.1). We give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces what you have paid for, unless it is urgently needed for security, legal or technical reasons.
11.2. Remedy (Company Terms 7.1). If we remove a material feature of your paid plan during a paid period, you may cancel within 30 days after the change or after we tell you about it, whichever is later, and we will refund the unused part of that period. If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, this includes any change that reduces your access to or use of the Service more than in a minor way.
12. Suspension and termination
12.1. In addition to Company Terms 8.2, we may suspend or close your account, or revoke devices, if you commit fraud, break section 8, do not pay, or are the subject of abuse complaints that we reasonably believe are justified (see the Acceptable Use Policy). Where reasonable and lawful we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
12.2. Refunds on termination. If we close your account because you broke this agreement, you are not entitled to a refund except where the law requires one. If we end your access for any other reason, including under Company Terms 8.4 or because we stop offering the Service in your country or altogether, we refund the unused part of any period you paid for directly to us. Purchases through an app store are refunded through that store where it allows it.
12.3. Shutdown (Company Terms 8.3). If we shut down the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice, unless the law or circumstances beyond our control require a shorter period, and refund the unused part of any prepaid period paid directly to us.
12.4. Sections 5, 8, 13, 14 and 16 survive the end of this agreement, together with the provisions of the Company Terms that by their nature survive.
13. The apps
13.1. License. Under Company Terms 6.2 we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to install and use the Methmine VPN apps in object-code form on devices you own or control, only to use the Service. If you got an app from an app store, you must also follow that store's usage rules.
13.2. Restrictions (Company Terms 6.3). You may not, or help anyone else to:
- decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the apps, except to the extent the law expressly permits it despite this restriction, or an open-source license permits it for a component;
- remove, bypass or interfere with any security, signature check, device registration or usage-limit feature of the apps or the Service;
- access our servers or programming interfaces other than through the apps or in ways we publish for that purpose, or create accounts or obtain trials by automated means;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark or other notices.
13.3. Updates. We may provide updates that fix problems, improve security or change features. Some apps check for updates and download and install them automatically or when you choose. An update may be required to keep using the Service.
13.4. Open source. The apps include open-source components, each under its own license, listed on our Open Source Notices page. Those licenses govern those components where they conflict with this agreement.
14. Additional terms for apps from Apple
This section applies if you got a Methmine VPN app from Apple's App Store or Mac App Store (the "Apple App") and governs over anything else in this agreement for the Apple App.
14.1. Acknowledgement. This agreement is between you and METHMINE LLC only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the Apple App and its content.
14.2. Scope of license. Your license to the Apple App is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the Apple App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
14.3. Maintenance and support. We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the Apple App, as described in this agreement or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for it.
14.4. Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the Apple App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Apple App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Apple App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are our sole responsibility, to the extent not disclaimed under this agreement.
14.5. Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Apple App or your possession and/or use of it, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the Apple App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation. This agreement does not limit our liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
14.6. Intellectual property rights. If a third party claims that the Apple App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
14.7. Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
14.8. Developer name and address. Questions, complaints or claims about the Apple App go to: METHMINE LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA; contact@methmine.com.
14.9. Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Apple App, such as your wireless data service agreement.
14.10. Third-party beneficiary. Despite Company Terms 15.11, Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and upon your acceptance of it, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
15. Third-party services
15.1. The Service relies on and links to services of others, such as Telegram, app stores, sign-in providers and payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. Their unavailability is not a breach of this agreement by us.
16. Points of contact and notices
16.1. For the purposes of the EU Digital Services Act, our single point of contact for authorities, and for users, is contact@methmine.com (subject "Legal notice"). You can write to us in English or Russian.
16.2. Notices follow Company Terms 15.1. We may also send you notices through our Telegram bot if you signed in with Telegram.
17. Language
17.1. This Schedule is written in English, and the English version is binding (Company Terms 15.7). Translations are for convenience only.
