Invite a Friend: programme terms

1. Who runs it

If the invited friend paid for a subscription by Visa or Mastercard, both rewards are given by METHMINE LLC under these terms together with the Terms of Service. Where payments in roubles are available and the friend paid in roubles, both rewards are given by the separate seller in Russia that accepted the payment, under its public offer. The days are added to the Methmine account automatically.

2. Who can take part

The holder of a Methmine account who is at least 18. Your link and code are in your account page on methminevpn.com and in the Telegram bot @MethmineVpnBot if your account is linked to Telegram.

3. How to invite

You may send your link or code personally to someone you know. You may not post them in open channels, groups, websites or forums, in reviews or in advertising, including paid advertising; send them to strangers; add promises that are not in these terms; or present yourself as Methmine. No reward is given for invitations obtained in these ways, and we may end your participation.

4. Who counts as a friend

A new account with no payments. The invitation must be accepted — by opening the link and signing in to the account page, or by entering the code — before the first payment and no later than 30 days after the account was created. An account can accept one invitation and cannot change it. You cannot invite yourself, including from another account with the same Telegram.

5. Your friend's reward: 7 days

Added as soon as the first payment for a plan of 1 month or longer is confirmed. Data packs, extra device seats, and a subscription given by support or by a code without payment do not count as a first payment.

6. Your reward: 7 days

Added 14 days after your friend's first payment if it has not been refunded by then. The days are added to your current paid plan; if you have no paid subscription, you get 7 days of Pro.

7. Limit

You can receive up to 84 days of rewards in any 12 consecutive months. Above the limit the invitation still counts and your friend still gets 7 days, but you do not.

8. What bonus days are

A free extension of the subscription. They are not money, are not refunded, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved to another account. They are added at the end of the subscription, and all the plan's terms apply to them. Extra device seats are not extended by bonus days.

9. Refunds

If your friend's first payment is refunded, in full or for the remaining period, the friend's 7 days are removed. Your reward is cancelled if it has not been added yet, or its unused part is removed. You do not pay for bonus days already used.

10. What you see

That the invitation counted, that your friend paid for a subscription and when your reward will arrive. You do not see your friend's name, email, amount or plan; the account is shown by its last digits. By accepting an invitation, the friend agrees that the person who invited them will see this.

11. Promotions

Your friend's reward is a benefit attached to their first payment. If a bonus-days promotion applies to the same payment, only one benefit is given: the one with more days. Your own reward is not compared with promotions.

12. Changes

The programme may be changed or ended by publishing a new version on this page. For friends who paid before the new version was published, rewards follow the previous terms.

13. Abuse

No reward is given, and a reward already given is removed, if the invitation breaks sections 3–4, for example several accounts of one person, or a payment later disputed with the bank.
